Returns

Change of Heart: You can return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order for a credit note. Returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

Faulty Items: For items deemed faulty, please notify us within 30 days of receipt by emailing info@belovedbubs.com with your Order Number and a photo of the issue. We'll review the matter promptly.
Sale Items
- Final Sale: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Exchanges
- To exchange items purchased online, email us at info@belovedbubs.com with your order number and the details of your desired exchange items. Once we receive your returned items in their original condition, we’ll issue a credit note for their value.
Credit Notes
- Receive a credit note valid for 12 months, excluding postage costs. This unique code, sent via email, acts as a gift card for future purchases.
Delivery Charges
- As a small business, we regret that we are unable to refund delivery charges.
